Becoming a member of Friskis&Svettis Göteborg, you gain access to all our fitness centres in Göteborg. We offer a wide range of all-round training and more specific forms of exercise.

A basic membership is always required, you can then choose from the following add-on activities:
All
Enables you to participate in all our activities. Age limit 15 years.
All dag
Enables you to participate in all activities during daytime and weekends*. Age limit 15 years.
All student
Enables you to participate in all our activities. In order to buy this card you need to show your student identification. Age limit 15 years.
All ungdom
Enables you to participate in all group classes. For 13-15 years.
Gruppträning
Enables you to participate in all classes in sal 1 and 2.
Senior
Enables you to participate in all our senior activities.

Klippkort
Enables you to exercise 10 times (all activities).
Engångsbiljett
Pay as you go (no membership required).
Sommarkort
We offer alternative memberships during the summer months.

Enkeljympa

Enables you to participate in our Enkeljympa class.
Familjelek
Enables you to participate in all our Familjeleks classes.
Junior
Enables you to participate in our Junior class.
Träna ute
Enables you to participate in Jogging, Cross and Stavcross.
Öppna dörrar
Enables you to participate in our Öppna dörrar class.

Friskis&Svettis Göteborg is a non profit organisation, and entirely financed by our 32 000 members. We are closely associated with Friskis&Svettis Riks.

AEROBICS
Aerobic
Cardio and coordination training. Level 1 is not as challenging as level 2 and Aerobic dans when concerning the choreography.
Aerobic sty
Aerobic/strength - as the name suggests more strength, also less intense cardio training than Aerobic 2 (75 minutes).
Step
If you want choreography but prefer more low impact training. Level 1 is not as challenging as level 2 and Step dans when concerning the choreography.
Step sty
Step/strength - as the name suggests more strength, also less intense cardio training than step 2 (75 minutes).
Funk
Do you like aerobic, hip-hop music and feel like trying something new? Come and try our funk and hip-hop class. Choreography on level 2.



JYMPA
Jympa is the common name of the combined classes within Friskis&Svettis where you train your cardiovascular system, agility and strength. One class lasts approximately 1 hour. All the exercises are accompanied by music and are easy to follow.

Jympa is available on three different levels:
Bas (B)
Basic level – a gentle way to start training and improving your health and fitness.
Medel (M)
Medium level – for those who exercise more frequently and looking for a medium challenge.
Intensiv (I)
Intense level - a very good challange in strength and cardio endurance (not for the beginner).

Jympa is also available in different forms:
Puls
Training your cardiovascular system and coordination with less strength exercises. Available at basic and medium level.
Station
Jympa class using equipment and extended to 75 minutes. Available at basic and medium level.*
Mamma baby
A specially adapted form of jympa with coretraining for women who want to start exercising after pregnancy and delivery. You can bring your baby during the work out.
Rygg
A class specially designed for people with back problems to help you build up your strength, stability and mobility (lead by specialised instructors).
Senior
Jympa class for seniors who want to stay active.
Station/sen
Jympa class for seniors, using equipment and extended to 75 minutes.
VäntaBarn
A specially adapted form of jympa for pregnant women.



WEIGHT-TRAINING
Gym

Individual training at the gym using weights and machines. Is it the first time you visit a gym? If the answer is yes we suggest that you make an appointment with one of our instructors to give you advice and guidance.
Cirkelgym
Group training at stations with music.



INDOOR WALKING
Group training where you walk/run to music on a crosstrainer. This is a exercise that everybody can do. Available at basic and medium level.


Jympa situp

OTHER CLASSES
Core

Training your torso (stomach, back, shoulders etc).
Core bosu
Core class with further challenge by using a bosu ball.
Cirkelfys
Action-packed and sweaty class for the entire body. The focus is on your excercise technique and your posture. During the class our instructors encourage you to train a little harder within the stations.
Skivstång
Focus entirely on strength training using weights and barbells.
Skivstång kondition
Weightlifting class including 15 minutes of cardio training, 75 minutes.
Dans
Danceclass without advanced choreography and coordination. Also available in afro and senior.
Balans
Feel the positive force within your body. Harmony, relaxation, strength and balance. Shoes are not needed. Warm sweater is recommended.
Box
Strength and coordination with punching and kicking exercises.*
Yoga 1
Classic yoga.
Yoga 2
We complement our yoga with yet another level. A more dynamic yoga, with more challenges in the exercises and movements.
Enkel
A class specially adapted for people with learning difficulties (training supervised by specially trained instructors).
Öppna dörrar
If you have a disability, are confined to a wheelchair, or are recovering from an injury this is the program designed for you (training supervised by specially trained instructors).
CoreSpin
Training the inner core of your body plus spinning for 75 minutes.
SkivSpin
Combination of weight training and spinning for 90 minutes.

Also available in afro and senior.

CHILDREN
Familjelek
Music and play for children between ages 2-6.
Junior
Mixed training for children between ages 7-12.

COURSES
Dans junior

Dance moves to groovy music for ages 9-12.



SPINNING - cycling indoors within a group
Bas
Taking it nice and easy while improving your cardiovascular fitness.
Medel
Medium spinning at a more intense level than Bas (also as 40 minutes).
Intensiv
This is a challenging experience in cardio endurance, 75 minutes (not for the beginner).
Puls
Cardio class on medium level, check your own stamina with aid of a pulse watch. Also available as a 75 minutes class.
Senior
Spinning for seniors who want to stay active.


Cross

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
We also offer jogging and cross training as a complement. A special outdoor group within the organisation offer activities such as inline skating, ice-skating, sailing and skiing.
Stavcross
Walking with sticks combined with strength and movability.
Jogging
It does not matter if you are a beginner, training for a race such as Göteborgsvarvet or jogging cross-country just for fun. Why not run with our specialised leaders?
Cross
Jogging combined with strength and movability.
Friluft
We offer a range of outdoor activities such as inline skating and ice skating. Information on these activities can be found on our notice board when they are available.
